Adm Abdullah A Dashti
Abdullah Dashti is a distinguished Kuwaiti naval leader and diplomat who graduated from the Britannia Royal Naval College in 1981 and held key command and liaison roles in the Kuwait Naval Force and international coalitions. He later served as Kuwait’s Defense Attaché to Belgium and Liaison to NATO and the EU. In 2023, he was appointed by the UN Secretary-General as the Coordinator of the Black Sea Grain Initiative between Russia, Ukraine, and Turkey.
